Hey! I'm Kelley, I'm 18, and I'm from Tartu, Estonia—which I will forever argue is the best city in the country (sorry, Tallinn! ). It's just got this perfect mix of being a student city with a cool, young vibe, but it's also small and cozy enough that you always run into someone you know. I just graduated from the Hugo Treffner Gymnasium, which was intense but amazing.
